More Star Wars: Battlefront 3 gameplay footage has emerged, this time showcasing tons and tons of and tons of shooting and a whole lot of unfinished scenarios, maps and characters. Oh, and Lando Calrissian makes a guest appearance, blasting down bad guys and taking names like a gambler with an itchy trigger finger.
The video above comes courtesy of the good folks at Past to Present [via DSO Gaming]. Giving gamers a dynamic and unfiltered look at the work-in-progress alpha build of Battlefront III is basically just a way to rub salt into the wounds of gamers already burned by the unchangeable truth that both Battlefront III and Star Wars 1313 are trapped within an indefinite vaporware limbo thanks to the development branch of LucasArts being dissolved under the dictatorial hand of their new overlord, Disney.
Rumors have spurred since the dissolution of LucasArts that perhaps another publisher will step in and pick up the license to the software titles, but that hasn't come to fruition yet.
Anyway, hope you enjoy these unfinished alpha builds of Star Wars: Battlefront III...it's about as close to the game as you'll get until someone gets their hands on the source code and makes a free modded version of the game or turns another game into a total conversion, like what they did with Call of Duty: Galactic Warfare, which you can view below.
