That Time Andy Cohen Got Stoned At The Met Gala

Andy Cohen Watch What Happens Live!

When Andy Cohen makes his way to the Met Gala, you know there's a story to tell. Sure enough, the Bravo talk show host and producer had quite a trip, in more ways than one. During the after show of Watch What Happens Live, Cohen recounted his experience at the media-friendly fashion event, and how he was not exactly sober during the proceedings. Here's how Andy described his time at this year's Met Gala.

I ate a Cheeba Chew at dinner and I'll tell you something, I was feeling no pain... After the Met Ball last night, I was busy drunkenly eating hamburgers at a gay bar trying not to get ketchup on my borrowed Dolce & Gabbana.

As seen in the talk show clip, the Met Gala storytelling began when Andy Cohen was answering viewer questions alongside his guests, model Winnie Harlow and celeb stylist Brad Goreski. When asked which celebrity they saw get the most drunk after the Met Gala after party, he began dishing out details about a certain talk show host who isn't Jimmy Fallon (note: Jimmy Kimmel wasn't in attendance, it seems...). Additionally, Winnie confessed that George Clooney was having a darn good time. That's when Andy Cohen confessed that he had an edible during the New York City gathering, and he was feeling good. Like, real good. Evidently, while there were quite a few people having a ball at the high profile fashion event, Andy Cohen was on a whole other level entirely.

In addition to his Met Gala activities, Andy Cohen also earned some attention recently for getting Meghan Markle's BFF Priyanka Chopra to spill the beans -- i.e. spill the tea -- on the Royal Wedding details. The Quantico actress wasn't willing to confess too much about the May 19th ceremony, however, she did reveal that Meghan Markle cried when she said yes to her dress. We'll have to garner a peek at the gown in less than two weeks. When it comes to Watch What Happens Live, you know that you're going to get the juiciest details from Andy Cohen. Whether it involves him or not.

Speaking of the Met Gala, the fashion-centric event earned a couple headlines this year for the people who didn't show up in addition to the celebrities who did. Case-in-point, Chrissy Teigen had a humorous response to not attending this year's hat-centric hotspot. Kanye West wasn't by his wife Kim Kardashian West's side either, as he is currently busy making a bunch of albums, in addition to a variety of other projects outside of the New York City area.
