See Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco Flip Off Jim Parsons During Filming

When you're on the set of a successful show like The Big Bang Theory, tempers may occasionally flare and two co-stars get into a heated exchange. This doesn't seem to be one of those moments luckily, as Kaley Cuoco and Jim Parsons appear to be having some fun as she flips him off during filming in the picture below:

If The Big Bang Theory were on a more risque network, fans might see Penny flipping the bird in Sheldon's direction more often. It isn't though, so it is a bit jarring to see Kaley Cuoco throwing so much aggression Jim Parsons way-- but it appears to be all in good fun. If it isn't, then Cuoco is extra savage for putting the photo up on her Instagram.

The real question is, what did Jim Parsons say that has the director chuckling and Kaley Cuoco fighting a smile as she sends some hate his way. Judging by the look on Parsons face, it looks like something Sheldon would say not trying to be offensive, although it usually is exactly that. Parsons did respond to Cuoco's picture on Instagram with his own caption, which provides a bit more context:

Boy, you try to help a gal out with some helpful direction and this is the thanks you get. I'll leave it to Mark - the actual director - from now on. Lesson learned, @normancook ????Tape night at BBT!

Both Kaley Cuoco and Jim Parsons are currently working on the set of The Big Bang Theory Season 11, which premiered September 25th. While the publicly shared tension appears to be fake, a lot of changes to the show may cause some drama as the series moves forward with a new showrunner and new storylines. That said, the show is also bringing back a lot of great things from the past, so anyone who might be rattled by a little change can still fall back on some sense of familiarity.

Fans can catch new episodes of The Big Bang Theory Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on CBS. Beginning November 2nd, however, the show will make the jump to a new night (Thursday) so be sure to keep an eye on that date change by bookmarking our fall premiere guide.
