Viewers can soon witness Stan Lee's final animated performance. It will happen in the upcoming episode of Marvel's Avengers: Black Panther's Quest. Here is what you need to know.

The episode will follow Black Panther as he discovers secrets about his grandfather, T'Chanda, who the episode entitled "T'Chanda" is named for. The installment of Marvel's Avengers: Black Panther's Quest will include scenes set in the 1940s. They will involve Captain America, Peggy Carter, the villain Arnim Zola, and Stan Lee's cameo character, per Marvel.

The Marvel's Avengers: Black Panther's Quest episode featuring Stan Lee's final animated performance will air Sunday, January 13 at 9 p.m. ET on Disney XD. Not to be confused with Disney Channel. So, who will Lee be playing in the episode?

Stan Lee will give voice to an Army General, who makes a resounding and to-the-point speech against hate. Ahead of the episode airing, Marvel has already released a clip of Lee's cameo. You can watch Lee's speech as the Army General below:

He may be gone, but his voice and the words he spoke will never be. It goes without saying that Stan Lee was a marvel. Lee passed away in November of last year. So, everyone has known that the time for seeing new cameos from the comic book genius would soon start disappearing. Thankfully, they have been captured for perpetuity.

Catching Stan Lee's on-screen cameos had become a bit of a tradition for the MCU. Like in Marvel's Avengers: Black Panther's Quest, Lee had a speaking cameo role in the animated feature film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. His cameo there marked his latest before Avengers: Black Panther's Quest.

It was recently revealed that Stan Lee was in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse beyond his vocal cameo. Thanks to the film's animators, Lee made multiple non-verbal cameos in the movie. As fans now know, his animated cameo in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was not his last.

As fans come to grips with the final vestiges of new cameo-related content from Stan Lee, Marvel has paid tribute to one of its brightest stars. Marvel Studios honored him with a special tribute it released on his birthday.

The first movie released from the studio in the wake of Stan Lee's death was Once Upon a Deadpool. In response, the film included a special post-credits tribute to Lee, which made it clear that Lee has not been far from the hearts of those at Marvel since he passed away.

While tributes and homages will likely continue, there is only one spot you can catch Stan Lee's final animated performance. That is on Marvel's Avengers: Black Panther's Quest.

Watch Stan Lee's cameo in the episode of Marvel's Avengers: Black Panther's Quest when it airs Sunday, January 13 at 9 p.m. ET on Disney XD. The show is among many airing new episodes in January.
